RISOLLES






INGREDIENTS :
1 kilogram of flour
2 eggs
100 gram butter or margarine
3 spoonfulls of milk powder
Broth powder , pepper , salt and water
FILLER :
 ½ kilogram chicken , dice  (or carrot and potato with spring onion )
Seasoning :
5  cloves garlics , grind
7  cloves red onion ,grind
1 bombay onion , chopped
Pepper , nutmeg and salt to taste
Broth powder (optional )
Water

METHOD
Prepare Filler :

1.       Saute garlic and red onion until fragrance
2.       Add bombay onion.
3.       Cook chicken (and or potato and carrots ) until done .
4.       Pour pepper ,nutmeg , salt , broth powder and a little water.
5.       Stir well.
6.       Simmer until the liquid dries.

How to make :

1.       Take 750 grams of flour , blend with 1 egg , butter , milk powder , pepper ,broth powder , and salt .
2.       Dilute with water. Stir well.
3.       Heat the pan with a little oil.
4.       Take one vegetable spoonful of the mixture.
5.       Pour it in the pan .
6.       Fill with filler and wrap one by one until done.
7.       Deep into beaten egg.
8.       Coat with breadcrumb.
9.       Deep fry risoles into oil until golden.
10.   Serve with chilli sauce or rawit ( small chilli ).
